A youth soccer tournament created by the merger of the Chesterfield United Icebreaker and the Kickers Invitational, The Ultimate Cup tournament features a Girls and Boys weekend.
With divisions for all levels of play from Classic to Elite, the Ultimate Cup will host matches Friday through Sunday and features top-class facilities with access to some of the nation’s top natural grass playing surfaces as well as a variety of synthetic turf fields. In each division, squads will compete for the prestigious Ultimate Cup, with finalists also being honored with a mini replica trophy.

The joint venture between Chesterfield United and Richmond Kickers will create an extensive financial boost to the region, with full participation from Chesterfield County clubs, squads and players. In addition, players will have the opportunity to be scouted by college colleges from throughout the east coast.

Each event weekend will also include Professional Exhibition Games featuring the nationally renowned Richmond Kickers pro soccer team.

Virginian Memorial Day Soccer Tournament

We are now a proud supporter of the Wounded Warrior Project (WWP). For every squad that applies to the tournament, the Virginian will donate $10 to WWP. Our goal is to raise a minimum of $6,000 for this worthy cause.

3 game format, each team will receive an official tournament game ball, and each squad can now have up to five (5) guest players. Classic Virginian traditions that will be carried on include; 4 levels of play, quality fields, trophies and championship shirts, athletic trainers at most sites.
