CBI Cup continues to establish itself as one of the best international youth soccer tournaments in the USA. The Patuxent Football Academy began hosting the tournament in 2007 and it was initially a way for the club to brand its organization throughout the world as it continued to establish relationships. Since its start in 2007, CBI has hosted teams and referees from over 12 states and 3 countries. The event was originally held on the first weekend of August, but due to high school tryouts, the competition was moved to Father’s Day weekend.

CBI entertains on average more than 1,000 spectators during the weekend. The group of teams consists of approximately 10% international teams, 30% state-side teams and 60% from the Washington, DC area.  Local teams that qualify for the event agree to host an international team and many are offered housing in the homes of local participating players in their age division. There is no cost to those taking part in the CBI Cup Home-Stay Program.  The benefits of such cross culture exposure are endless. Players disregard any social, ethnic, religious or economic prejudices and walk away with friends for life through the love of the beautiful game.

Southern MD Classic

3 games minimum.  Premier and Classic at all ages, depending on quality of entries.
The Southern MD Classic is open to all competitive and classic club teams. This is a USYSA sanctioned tournament held by the Maryland State Youth Soccer Association. All teams must be affiliated and their players registered with USYSA through their individual state associations or US Club Soccer. Teams must be in good standing with their state association to play in our tournament.

Permission to Travel Forms, validated State player passes with photos, official team rosters and medical release forms (non- notarized) are a requirement of all squads participating in the event.

New Jersey Cup

A Super Group and Premier Group for U11-12-13-14 brackets is being offered. The Super Group is the most-competitive, or top, group.

US Club Soccer’s New Jersey Cup is open to US Club Soccer-member clubs and teams in New Jersey.

New Jersey Cup championship teams will gain complimentary entry into a US Club Soccer National Cup Regional tournament; no entry fee to a Regional, as long as the age group is being offered at the Regional.

Teams that win their first game of the New Jersey Cup move to the championship bracket, one-loss elimination. Teams that lose their first-round game will move into the consolation bracket. (Squads with first-round byes will not be eligible for the consolation bracket.)

All teams must maintain and present US Club Soccer player passes and a US Club Soccer roster at all event games. Teams that don’t belong to US Club Soccer may join US Club Soccer as an individual team. No USYS/NJYS passes/rosters will be accepted.

Allendale Columbia Indoor Soccer Tournament

PLAYERS PER TEAM:
Limit of 18 players per team, including up to 5 guest players.

PLAYING FORMAT:
Games will be played 6v6 (5 field players and a goalie).

GAMES:
Each participating team is guaranteed a minimum of three 20 minutes games (10 minute halves, with 1 minute halftime). These matches are scheduled to begin on Saturday for the boys, and Sunday for the girls. Playoff games will be played on the same day. Based on weather, the tournament committee reserves the right to shorten or cancel games, if needed.

AWARDS:
U8-U11: Individual awards for each member of the champion and finalist teams.

Empire Cup College Showcase

This event is a New York State West Youth Soccer-sanctioned unrestricted tournament. US Youth Soccer player passes and U.S Club passes are permitted. Rochester, NY is located in Upstate New York and is easily reached by major highways.

The Empire Cup Tournament has traditionally drawn teams from New Jersey, Delaware, New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, and Canada. Each age group traditionally consists of multiple flights to permit competitive play at all levels. The Tournament Committee strives to flight teams to provide the best level of competition for all squads. All teams are guaranteed a three game minimum.
