Facility scheduling software

 

The free facility program is equipped with a personal web calendar you can use to easily book and sort time slots at facilities.  Use it as a room scheduler, field scheduler, gym scheduler, etc.  If you coordinate time slots at any sort of a facility, you can add the facility to StadiumRoar.  We’ll keep track of the dates and times it’s being used, and make sure you never accidentally double book a location.  The system is useful for people like facilities directors, athletic directors, recreation managers, event planners and school schedulers.

You can seamlessly connect your StadiumRoar page to the public web, where you can take post schedules on a group calendar for others to view and print at their own convenience.  The application also has a built in reservation system that lets you take requests online, which you can accept or deny with just a click.  Once a request is accepted, the time slots become booked and added to your official master schedule.  The person that sent the request is automatically notified by us of the successful booking via email.  You have the option to book time slots by accepting online requests, or manually adding dates and times yourself.

The application offers many other useful features as well.  We provide detailed views of time slots.  You can view time slots in a list, where you can see the names of all the programs using each facility, and when.  You can also view times slots in calendars.  We provide a day, week and month view.  Select a range, and have the the specific dates time slots are booked become highlighted in red.  For any day with at least one booked time slot, view a detailed description of the programs, dates and times involved.  We also let you take notes on each facility, and each program that uses your facilities.  The notes sections are very useful for jotting down special scenarios about each facility, and having them exist in the cloud for universal access.  We make it very easy to email time slots to people too.  You can share specific time slots with specific people.  We take care of organizing the information into easy to read email templates.  Easily add attachments to each email just like you would a traditional message.

 

Event scheduling software

 

Our event scheduling system is much more generalized than the facilities scheduler; we provide you a traditional online calendar that you can add any sort of event to.  Post a title, description, start date, end date, start time and end time.  The calendar can handle single events, like a concert, and recurring events, such as practices, which repeat every week.  Your calendar exists on your own custom StadiumRoar URL, which we take care of hosting and maintaining for you at absolutely no cost.  The system is helpful for any kind of an event scheduler, such as a sports organizer, conference planner or class instructor.

One of the best features of the application is that we give you the ability to collaborate.  If there are other people in your organization that help you schedule events, you can easily make them fellow admins of your page.  They can log in with their own email address and password and create and update any events.  The joint-admin feature is a great way to have people like directors, division heads and assistants help  you with your organization’s scheduling duties.

 

Sports scheduling
