SNAPSHOT

StadiumRoar.com is a free service that lets coaches and sports directors get premium websites for their teams, clubs, leagues and departments in less than 10 seconds. There is no technical experience needed to get a website; StadiumRoar takes care of all the details. This is a new opportunity you can’t find anywhere else.

StadiumRoar.com is 100% free – this means you will never be charged to use StadiumRoar now or in the future. There are no tricky “upgrade fees” or anything of the sort; it is actually free, no strings attached. StadiumRoar is free because it’s supported by ads. Every now and then, you will see a small ad on StadiumRoar. These ads will never be annoying or distracting. This ad-based system is the same thing that allows other modern websites, such as YouTube, to be 100% free as well.

StadiumRoar.com is the nation’s leading provider of free sports websites. StadiumRoar.com specializes in free team websites, free club websites, free league websites and free department websites.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS and PRIVACY POLICY

Introduction This document is the Privacy Policy for the StadiumRoar website and the services it provides (collectively “StadiumRoar”).

Policy Access The privacy policy can be accessed in the footer of StadiumRoar on the home page and all other pages by clicking a PRIVACY link.

Parent Consent During the registration process, the first question a new user is asked concerns age. The user must verify that he or she is at least 13 years old, or is less than 13 years old and accompanied by a parent or guardian. If the user selects that he or she is less than 13 years old, and not accompanied by a parent or guardian, StadiumRoar does not allow the user to continue and become a member.

Third Party Disclosure of Information All third-party disclosure issues are brought up in the Terms and Conditions, which any new user must read and agree to at the end of the registration process, before becoming a StadiumRoar member. For users less than 13 years old, they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during this process. The parent or guardian can read this information with them and choose to continue or not.

Parent Access to Account Users provide an account password during the registration process. Thus, for users less than 13 years old, parents oversee the password given to the account. Thus, at any time, a parent can log into the child’s account and view or delete any personal information.

Restricting Future Collection of Information A parent can restrict a child from logging into the child’s account by changing the password. Since a parent has full access to the account of his or her child, a parent can change the account password by going into My User Info and changing the password. If a parent does not tell his or her child the new password, the child will not be able to log into the account at any time in the future.

Reasonable Information The only personal information required of any user is first name, last name, home town, home state, gender and date of birth. No information any more personal than this basic information is ever required to participate in any activity offered on StadiumRoar.

Integrity of Information Information collected from children, and all other users of StadiumRoar, is kept confidential and secure.
